This Tag Maker Paper punch with Built-In Eyelet Setter punch creates a 2x3" tag and has the punch for the hole and the eyelet setter, all in the same tool. The tool comes with a few silver colored eyelets along with the punch for your scrapbooking, card, art journal, mixed media or other paper crafting project. This paper punch is in its original packaging, but the bottom right corner is slightly torn. The punch package is unopened.
